Welcome to Dr. Hinkel

Since 1700 we have been cultivating vines in Framersheim. We are constantly developing our winery and improving our quality without forgetting our roots.

We believe in working sustainable and in accordance with nature. Therefore, we are reusing our bottles, and we are switching to renewable energy. We renounce insecticides and herbicides in our vineyards as well as additives in our wine.

This is our self-conception – real and individual. Every vineyard has its personality. We work together to bring out that personality and carry it over into our wines.
